5 STAR Service

My partner bought a gift for me online and the items did not fit well so I enquired via e-mail where I could get the right sizes, my enquiry was allocated to a lady called Jocelyn Lomax, WOW!!! This is one person to takes customer service to another level, Jocelyn handled my query like I was the only customer, she found the items for me and made sure that when I got to the store everything was wrapped and ready for me to pick up and that is what I call TREATING CUSTOMERS FAIRLY.,Thank you so much Jocelyn, you really are one in a million and I hope you never get tired of providing the 5 STAR service you have given me.
