1month and still awaiting refund

<p>I went into Kingsley Heath to do a refund of R1399 on 8April 2017.</p> <p> </p> <p>First not 1 of the 2 staff members knew how to do a Credit Card refund.After 2 hours they said it was done.</p> <p> </p> <p>The store manager said it will take 48 hours.After 72 hours I phoned and they said 'ohno it takes 3 working days'.</p> <p> </p> <p>After 1 week I phoned and asked for head office number or area manager...they did not know ANY number.</p> <p>I am now waiting almost a month and NOT REFUND has been made onto my card.</p> <p> </p> <p>I emailed head office and nit even a reply.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will open a case of theft this week.</p> <p> </p> <p>Pathetic service!</p>
