customer service on another level

On Tuesday i went to Kingshield SA to have my car windows tinted, i had an experience i would never forget. When i got there i was greeted by the friendly receptionist who assisted me effectively with any questions i had. I was later seen to by another employee who made me feel very comfortable as I waited for my vehicle. During the tinting process, there seemed to be a problem with the special i had bought from another company. I was very upset about this matter and spoke to Leon, instead of brushing me off and saying there was nothing he could do. He solved the problem on his account and told me, my happiness was more important, now that is what i call CUSTOMER SERVICE. A personal thank you to LEON and the Kingshield team, i would most definitely recommend to everyone.
