Kings way place ******** people

I’m writing this in frustration about student accommodation in Joburg called Kings Way place My daughter is been staying there and her lease ended in November 2021 I’ve been waiting for my deposit since then Lesley has stopped responding to my emails my daughter’s name is Likhona and she has been in room 020 B, please help as I’m not how long should I wait.. they promised end November but we are approaching January 2022 now this is very frustrating and annoying
