King's Thatching - did not complete swimming pool.

Jeff did not complete our swimming pool after we paid. We paid the money for the pump and filters to be bought and did not hear from him again. He is located in JHB areas. When we call his provided number his phone is off or it just rings. When we search and find other alternative numbers for Kings Thatching the people say it is the wrong number. Our pool now needs to be redone, and the yard is a mess.
