Bad workmanship

This guy has no clue how to do paving or renovate a swimming pool or doing rock art. His website is ****!! He is not committed to his job. Left my premises when he realise that the job he was doing, is not nearly up to standaard as it shoukd be. Left my premises with all the rubble and took off with my money. From day 1 I was asking cmpy papers and ID, he informed me that he is still waiting for registration. On his website, he is existing since 2016? Didn't make sense that is why he left with my money.
