Complaint about refund not paid for over one year

I engaged this company Kings Rivers Immigration Practitioner in September 2018 as they said they would help renew my expired permit.I did everything required, medicals and police clearance but they didn't do anything. It was promise after promise until this ended up being excuses.2019 ended with nothing so was 2020.I was promised that i would get my refund of 15 000 rands which I had paid.The total amount was 25 000.A colleague advised me to go to hello Peter as she was really helped in a different case with another company. So please help I need that 15 000 rands it will cushion me in these trying times
