Royal Baeng Hotel Polokwane Dalmada. Poor service and inadequate rooms

The service there is so much poor. The rooms have no tv, no coffee or tea, no kettles only a bed. I mean the price we paid for such poor service and unprofessional treatment. We paid around R700 for a room without a tv and other service; no proper staff members ...very ***** places...I mean even a R300 lodge has a tv and etc...I wonder where do they benchmark and who graded them with 4 star.. Limpopo Tourism Agency and Polokwane Toursim agency you need to intervene.
