Consistent bad attitude

This manager/receptionist has proven time and time again that she has no hospitality skills to speak of and may be hates her job. <br> My family and I have visited hogsback very often for 33 years. Never have I encountered such a sour rude employee anywhere in sa or abroad! It looks like she thinks she is doing guests a fovour by serving them even though we are paying her salary!<br> Suffice to say I will never go back to Kings Lodge and will advise clients and friends to stear clear as well at any opportunity.<br> The fact that the food is superb unfortunately does not make up for her bad attitude and the way she speaks to colleagues in front of guests!!
