DONT USE THEM

So I have been ****med a while ago and I used Kings investigations they claimed to be private investigators. In the beginning the onwer told me that once the court papers is in order I would receive a email with the court reference so that I can follow up what is going on with my case and I would also receive a pdf file with the report. after a month and a half the CEO or whatever you want to call him said the papers is already submitted by the court when I asked him where is the email with the report and reference he changed his story. A few months past and he let me know that they have received payments after trying to communicate with him he said they had received payment but doesn't know in which account and he is in hospital excuse after excuse after excuse. About 3 weeks ago he confirmed that they have the payment and it is in the proses of being paid out from then till now there is now sign of our money and we don't get any response. Since monday there is someone else answering the phone saying the owner CEO whatever you want to call him is out on business and he doesn't have anything to do with his work. NO QUESTIONS IS ANSWERED if you get a answers is something different from the question that is asked like for instance "I don't know". They are extremely unprofessional
