Seamless professional experience
This is a huge bouquet for Maggie and her team! They were an absolute delight to have in the house, and where at all times courteous, professional and so damn good at what they do! And all done with such good humour too (despite a run in with our rescue dog). What touched me most was the long waves goodbye and the hoot when they reached the top of our road. A recognition that for their customer, this is not just logistics, it's packing up a life. That human touch was so appreciated.
