Complaints

I would like to complain about the hotel. I was supposed to have a matrimonial there on the 10th October 2020. In April i asked them to cancel because of covid_19. The whole or march and april ive tried to call and get the refund. Everytime when i call them i speak to different people. From August when i call the number is not going through. The email box its full. I dont know what to do anymore
