Shocking Service

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE PROVIDER The service recieved from Kings Gutters was shocking. I should have realised right at the biginning when he did not come to give a quote on the agreed date that we were in for rough ride. The quote was recieved two weeks lateer and I paid the full amount (as I received 5% discount if paid in full) immediatley. Then i did not here from him for 2 weeks. No responses to messages. He only came to take final measurements 3 weeks later, then i had to continuosly ask him when they will do the installation. They did not arrive on the agreed date, only 2 weeks later. So 6 weeks after getting him to give a quote, they arrived to install. The barge boards were not the correct size and I said I will not accept it as is. I The owner then indicated they will take the boards back to the factory to cut to correct size. They never returned... I have called and sent multiple messages, he sent me a voicenote once to say he forgot about my boards and he will make a plan... I have now requested my money back, needless to say I have not heard from him again. Will be handing this to Small Claims Court.
