Extremely unprofessional and dishonest

We were not happy with the work done, especially the way in which the building delegation and communication was handled. Extremely unprofessional. He still has some of our money and ignores our messages and phone calls, it's been almost a year since the work was done. Quite hypocritical for someone with a Bible verse on his business card!
