Kings Crossing is a hell hole

This is the worst place to live, the management is so rude specially Joann. Around August we had our lights switched off only to find out that Kings Crossing was owing around R2,5 million to City Power while we were paying our rent and also using pre-paid electricity and when we tried contacting management to get clarity she rep**** by saying that " ,If you have a problem with the way we run things why don't you save money and buy your own house". We stayed for more than 2 days without electricity and the didn't bother talking to us till we retaliated and started demonstrating by the gate. They treat tenants like school children dictating how you live, when your visitors come and go which they will never mention in the contract. Their buildings were not planned properly and you can hear everything your neighbors from the upper floor get up to. The security guards have no respect for women, one of the guards smacked a women and they still brought him back even after we stood up for and told them what we saw that night. The other Agent you don't want to deal with is Elias Sebopelo who is from Rental Pro's hhis very aggressive and likes intimidating tenants.
