Kings crossing honest review.

If I could give them zero I would , but this is not about me I'm just here to advise future tenants. 1. If you don't have a car just prepare yourself for the worst gate access. 2. The electricity will actually return from loadshedding but still be off at kings crossing its crazy, let me not get started on water . 3. They will come and fix your appliances if broken so that's a plus . I'm here to be fair . 4. You have to change the light bulbs yourself.

Deposit. Upon arrival I didn't inspect the place with an inspector, I was given a form to fill If anything is faulty. Me being the relaxed person I am , I just checked the stove and lights and was good to go.

However when it was time to move out the inspector made and appearance and took more than half of my deposit cause apparently there were stains on the walls like omg I cannot begin to explain. I didn't find the place in a clean state but I was charged for that if I could upload the invoice I would. I emailed the inspector to send me the previous report but he has decided to ignore my emails. ..

I then contacted the previous tenant and apparently kings crossing took all his deposit for cleaning and painting... but that's not what I found when I got there. So if you don't want to get conned. Hear me
