I wouldn’t recommend staying here based on my experience.

1. The noise levels are unbearable — tenants regularly play loud music until 4am on weekdays, and even after multiple complaints, nothing was ever done. 2. The unit had a roach problem. 3. When we moved in, our apartment had several damages which were never fixed, even after repeated follow-ups — they only addressed it after our lease ended. 4. R2200 was deducted from our deposit for minor marks that could’ve easily been wiped off, which felt very unfair. 5. There are frequent water and electricity outages that make day-to-day life difficult.

Unfortunately, the management doesn’t seem to take tenant concerns seriously. I hope they make improvements for future residents.
