Horrible complex

My experience in that complex was horrible!! Firstly when I moved in the unit was not cleaned, they **** and told me that the unit is clean and I can move in. Secondly complex is full of ****roaches, I asked for fumigation within a week of my stay but surprisingly when I moved out they charged me for that. When I questioned the lady in their office she said “those are my ****roaches bcz they fumigated the unit while I was there, so the fact that the unit still has ****roaches means they are mine”. There’s always no water and that would happen for days. Those people will also chow your deposit and charge you for things that do not make sense!!!! Worst complex ever! Do not stay there!!!! The security guards are rude as well
