Poor quality bed

I bought a bed at Kings Comfort, in less than a month I went to complain about that bed, it is noisy, I can feel the springs, I was told to send pictures to sort this matter out but since then no one is assisting me, the bed that was advertised it was not the same as the bed that is at my place now
