No comfort at all

I bought a king size bed on 21 March 2019 at Matlosana Mall. Got real good service on that they.

They promised a single bed as a bonus and that I would receive it by 27 March 2019 which did not happen we stay in potch the salesman said it will be in potch on 27 March 2019 and that he will phone us.

After a lot of phone calls from my side I finally received a phone call saying the single bed is in potch on 4 April 2019. We went to collect the bed at potch branch the lady there which was very unhelpful said that we should carry the bed ourselves. This is upsetting that we should do this we are your clients and we felt like we are doing you a favour by buying the bed.

Now today, 9 April 2019 the bed already made a dent on the one side how is this possible????

The bed is not even a month old?
