KingsComfort-better Known as No Comfort

Probably the worst experience in buying a bed, We bought a bed in Bloemfontein in October 2017, had it for a few months then the bed started giving problems. They exchanged our bed without a problem in March 2018. Not even two years later and our bed started giving problems again. Our bed is sinking in the middle and makes the most irritating sounds when moving. I contacted KingsComfort and got a reply and did everything that was called for. After I rep**** with photos and a video and a proof of purchase, they just disappeared of the globe. Andries Taljaard was the representative that answered my emails, and I have received no response. It has been almost 3 weeks now.

Really poor and disappointing service.
