Kings comfort George Bad service

On the 23rd of December I bought a double bed from a franchise in George. It was advertised on their facebook page. The assistant in the store said they do not have stock but stock will arrive the following day and they can deliver the 27th. I paid for it in advance and agreed to pay the delivery guy as uoon delivery. The bed was never delivered. I then went to collect the bed at my own cost, only to find once unwrapped, that it was not the same bed that was advertised. The base also had defects and the matress sagged at one end after 3 days. I asked them to come and collect the bed as I was not happy and requested a refund. This they did on the 2nd of January, but I am still awaiting my refund. This is bad service. Do not advertise a quality product, only to supply an inferior product. Nothing on the bed shows Kings comfort. The bed supp**** is available at chinese shops all over town. Also have the decency to refund the customer. Kings comfort will never see me again.
