On the 19th of december i went to one of their branch in bloem plaza bfn to make a payment....and they could not find me on their system but the continued to accept the payment then on the 21st of december they went to my account and debit even though i had made a payment instore....i immediately informed them that i made a payment in store and they debited my account.....i requested them to refund the money that i have paid in store but they never rep**** to me or tey anything to resolve the matter......if they dont refund my money im going to stop them from debiting my account from the bank...how can i pay for same thing twice....they dont care about their customers
