Horrible service

I'm so dissapointed with such a poor service from such a big store. The white old lady working by mimosa store is so rude and impatient with clients . Received a bed and its quality was so poor went to the store to complain they promised to call me back but never did went for the second time they still promised to call today ..still have not received any call not even an email . I am so dissapointed, hope they respond now that I complained on hello peter surely I will be assisted.
