Disappointed, angry and hurt

I saw an ad on Fb and got interested in a bed, sent them a msg they called withing few minutes. On the 29th April 2020 they delivered my bed in Bloemfontein of which i paid cash upon arrival, few days later it started making sounds of old springs. I reported it several times until someone called me with apologies and promises till today im still waiting, i once more tried reaching out they are ignoring my calls, e-mails and messages.
