Customer complaint

I had a lay-buy with this particular bed shop based in welkom 'goldfields mall.last week I went to Seattle my payment.n the manager told me I should have the bed delivered to my home the following day.2 dayz passed and they were a no show.i went to the store to check,only to be told that the bed was sold n they no longer have it in their store room.i was told to please give them at least 5 working days for them to order another 1 from their factory in Bloemfontein, it's now the 10th day and still I haven't received the bed I bought mind you I was charged R250 for a delivery that still has not arrived.
