Bad service with Kingscomfort

I bought bed at kingscomfort,hardly two days after I bought it,it started to make some funny noise.I reported it and told them that I need another bed,they keep on promising me that they are sorting their things,till now,they haven't replaced that bed.It is broken,I think they sold me an old bed covered with new material.Please assist I have tried to talk with them.
