Complain

Good day

My name is Shaka Makhombe, I would like to lodge a complain about this company claim to be a financial institution kings cash finance(pty).

I have try to borrow money from them which my application for loan was successful or approved. Then after it has been approved they told me to pay R1400 before they process my loan which I did pay, then after they told me to pay another amount of R1950 which I did pay then again they told me to pay R2150 so they can still process my loan were I started to ask questions about money they request from to pay before they can transfer the money to my bank account, I was told to cooperate with their policy whereby I said to them I can't pay the R2150 coz I can't borrow money and I ask me to pay unnecessary payment which to me doesn't make sense.

Therefore I told them that I am cancelling my application for loan then I will need my refund whereby they sent me the refund form to fill and send it to them which I did fill send it back to them but after sending the refund form they're telling me to pay 30% before they process my refund, so I don't understand why should I pay 30% when I want my refund. Because I believe if it was penalties they have to deduct on what have already paid to them, not them telling me to pay before they can process my refund.

I am asking for assistance for this kind of loan and cancellation because I believe my right is being violeted by kings cash finance(pty). My reference loan is FPL***9
