Unsatisfied customer.

We had a fridge that was damaged due to a power surge. We got the name of this company to come and give us a quote for an insurance claim. Never in my life will I contact them for any quote or repairs to any electrical appliances. He had to come out 4 time as the fridge was not working. When he finally got the fridge to work, the compressor did not switch off at all. According to him it is right. It is more than a month ago and after numerous phone calls to Mr Zitsanza, the compressor is still running. It has never switched off since he has worked on it and it has cost us a fortune on electricity. He keeps on promising that he will come, but that does not happen. I spoke to him yesterday the 17th of april and according to him he was in Tzaneen and that he would be there on the 18th. Well needless to say, his phone is off. I will not recommend his company to anybody.
