Very bad service

Very bad service . We were informed that the The Bollywood big 5 was cancelled and to send our details for a refund . I emailed them immediately but nobody acknowledged receipt of my email . Nobody answers their phones and also they ignore your WhatsApp calls and messages . Will never support a show by them ever again
