Unprofessional behaviour.

I have had a terrible experience with Kings and Queens entertainment, it is now December 2023 and I have not yet received my refund for the Bollywood big five show which was suppose to take place in August this year. After numerous emails with my details for a refund I have not received a single sms, email or message regarding my refund. I have called numerous times and posted on all social media pages. This is ridiculous they are not refunding everyone’s money,and ripping us off. I will never support this company again. It is rather disappointing.
