KINGS AND QUEENS ENTERTAINMENT - BOLLYWOOD BIG 5 REFUND ISSUES

The most unprofessional entertainment company. We were informed that the The Bollywood big 5 was cancelled and to send our details for a refund .I emailed the required info and documents on 08 August. Since then i have sent emails, whatsapp messages, Dm's on facebook and tried calling, without any success. Eventually i received a mail on 14 September stating that there is a backlog and my refund will be paid no later than 30 September. It is 24 October and I have still not received any refund from them, calls and messages are still unanswered. Their level of unprofessionalism is so frustrating.
