Worst Driving school ever

I have someone really close at heart that did driving with Tony from Kings. The person will not be mentioned and would like to stay anonymous. The person spent over R4000 on the Driving school only to have Tony speak about all kinds of nonsense while driving, talking about his personal life etc. instead of teaching the correct driving methods. Whilst practising parking at Presleys parking area, he would stand around talking to the car guard instead of concentrating on what he should do. so this person failed twice with him and haven't even left the yard. Another person have failed four times with him. Should that not be a clear indication of his knowledge in driving. So the person went to another place to do the license privately. Where they failed her due to being taught observation the wrong way.
