MOST RUDE RECEPTION

We made a reservation through Lekkeslaap at Kingfishersview, Kosmos, Hartbee****rtdam. The place should have been ready on 18 December at 14:00. When we arived at 13:50, the **** would not let us in at the gate. We waited until 14:15, but still had to wait outside in the street. I phoned the owner, who was not even there. She did not offer any apology but confirmed that we will not be let in before the unit was not cleaned! When I asked where we can wait, she said, outside in your car in the street! When I complained she put the phone down. I called again with the same result! At 14:30 the **** let us in at the gate, but we stil had to wait in the car because she was still on her lunch break! The owner arrived at 14:45. made no apology but accused me for beiing rude to her on the phone! She still did not invite us in or even for a glas of water in the heat! By 15:00 I asked the **** to open the gate for us to leave.
