Bad experience from Nandos sunward park

I Ordered via their call centre and it was closed when I called back and voice prompt advised to call the store directly and I did

It was Nandos sunward branch kingfisher avenue and spoke to the manager Zimkhitha, girl has zero managerial skills and spoke to me as if her friend. No solution to my query and got very frustrated when I busy probing and there was no solution to my query called me the word “wena” imagine how that feels and kept calling me the word “sissy” and when I said it back to her she got mad and asked me if am I her sister? Surprisingly she called me by same again. What’s worse no solution provided and she hung up and ran away from the query and never called back.
