outstanding insurance claim since 2015

<p>My Audi A6 was insured for personal reasons, because I drove it mainly to work and back home, as I was office bound. I joined a network market team from the USA and we spoke on online via the website. The leader from the USA visited SA and I drove to meet him on a Monday afternoon in Soweto for his presentation. On my way there I was unfortunetly hit by a foreigner on my right hand side damaging both doors. I reported to insurnace, they refused to pay cause it was a business trip (1 trip) . I challanged teh definition of a business trip, got lawyers involved and even went to the ombudsman who declined my firt application. It went on review and I asked my brother in law to represent me. After a lot of emails and arguments, they agreed to pay R40k, which I rejected cause the car quotation is R125000. to date I dont know how tehy came up with the amount and it is 2 years the car is sitting and more damaged is caused. This exepereince has traumatised me, caused me legal bills and great inconveninece cause I do not have a car. My premiums were fully paid , until I stopped them when they refused to fix the.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am writing to ask for your assistance, cause they have decided to keep completly quiet besides various reminders on email by my brother in law. I am tired and feel abused by King price and all I want is my car to be fixed and I move on with my life!</p>
