My over dur sofa

I habe bought my sofa from them few month i was having prob i told them about it it been sinking and making funny noise plus there white wool coming out it was nit even 3 month that i bought it 19 march 2022 they came n pick n sorted out up till tosay 23 july 2022 i didnt get it every time i have to phone make plan to ger my mother inlaw to my house only to be **** to they promise bween the 11 to 19 they will drop of my sofa but i had to phone n ask same story by weekend when u phone they ingore evey time i must call i work so hard to earn n buy my stuff pleae can u help i cant handle this
