Kingdom sofas

I purchased a lounge set from this company and recieved a poorly built 3 piece lounge suite that was not to the specifications of what we agreed on upon purchase. When requesting a refund the Ashwin the salesman (+***7) refused me and said he will pick up the lounge suite and have it redone to our specifications this was 2 weeks ago he was surpose to come on the 5th of November and he hasn't pitched up or even called us. We have tried to contact him several times with no success and attempted contacting his wife who is also his business partner Berverly( ***) who redirected us to him we have not been getting any joy from them and have been refused a refund for something that's not even close to what we have ordered and is poorly made I will never reccomend this company to anyone or never use them again
