BAD GARDEN SERVICES

This company contacted me through an online services. I asked them to come out to my property to provide me with a quote on a once off cleaning of my yard. This lady did not want to do that and asked me to provide her with photos. which I did. She then quoted me an amount of R1 800 to cut the grass, trim the edges and dewed the flowerbeds, turn the soil and remove the waste. When this lady arrived at my house to inspect the job she told me that she under quoted me and that it would now cost more. Only half of the job was done. There was some flowerbeds which was not cleaned, the soil was not turned, the grass was not cut decently and the best of all is that the tall grass was cut while it was raining and some was removed and the other waste was just left lying on the lawn. Now because of all the rain the grass is now rotting and my lawn is totally destroyed. There was 60 bags of waste (which I had to supply) and they borrowed my brand new rake (which they broke and not said a word about it to me) and did not replace it, as well as my **** eater which I offered to help them to get the work done quicker. They had to come back 3 times and the job was still not completed. I am very disappointed in their services and thought that they were professionals as they are servicing the body corporates in Boksburg.
