Amazing service from Kingdom Electronics Fontainbleu

I had a really old access keypad that stopped working. After some awesome help from ANOTHER STORE (separate review - Alarmtec in Krugersdorp) who put me.intouch with KE who make the pad, I spoke to a technician named Andrew. He was extremely helpful. He tested my old keypad and decoder, determined that the decoder was fine, and so I just needed the keypad itself, saving me half the cost of a new one. When I went home to install, it wasn't working. I phoned him again, thinking the new one is faulty. He guided me through troubleshooting so that it saved me a trip (turns out a fuse on my CP80 had blown and wasn't sending power to the decoder).

Really outstanding service.
