very unhappy client

i bought the doors in lenasia branch, when it rains the water comes inside the house on both doors and the doors are peeling. i compalined no one came to my rescue, i went they gave me a rubber for the door but it didnt help, i communicated with them but no help at all from them. when you buy their doors they do not tell you the challenges that you will encounter. its hardly a year that i bought the doors and they looked like they were bought 5 years ago. they do not give you solution to the problems i even sent them a video whereby the water went in to the house no one bothered to call me. their service is bad and i would not recommend my family and friends to buy their doors because their swervice is pathetic. they do not value their customers.
