Unfair Treatment

On the 6th May 2022 I bought a door called mother and son at Kingdom Doors in Lenasia and paid a total of R18650.00 the price included, an extra single door, delivery and installation. The doors were installed on the 11 May 2022. We noticed later on the day that the m/son door is not closing unless we lock it. As their regular customer I knew they will call and check if I am happy with the Doors, they called and I told them my problem and the same guys came and tried to fix the door but still it did not close they left obviously frustrated that the door was not closing. I have been calling Kingdom Doors and I am not allowed to talk to the manager I'm told he is not available everytime I call. I am a pensioner, living with my small grandchildren and we now love in a house with a door that does not close. I bought this door specifically for its security features which I am now not receiving, instead my security is now compromised. I am very unhappy with the service that I have received after being a loyal customer for so many years and also, the fact that a brand new door is now being fixed does not sit well with me. The door plate is now dented and looks old, I am extremely disappointed.
