Terrible customer service coupled with *********** installation of doors

Went to the Kingdom Door in Lenasia. Terrible customer service, very unprofessional. I bought doors worth R37000. They hired inexperienced installers who damaged the doors during installation and also conned me, by claiming that I have to pay for fees that weren't actually part of the package. I went back to complain about the damage & unnecessary fees I paid and was met with resistance and an absolutely rude manager who wasn't willing to hear anything I had to say. I'm stuck with brand new damaged doors
