Tamryn and Adventures giving Kingdom resort a bad name

I am extremely disappointed at the service provided by a company called Adventures for game drive. On the 24th of July I went to them for booking I was told that they are fully booked. And I asked to be booked for the 25th and it was done and on the 25th I got to their offices 5 minutes late due to my wife being sick. I then asked for a refund, despite not having any terms provided me that I will forfeit my money should I be late. A lady by the name of Tamryn from their head office decided to tell me that I will not be refunded and she will send it to her superiors and she has not phoned back ever since. In my opinion Adventures in giving Kingdom resort a bad name. There is a shareholder opportunity and I decided not to invest because of Tamryn
