Shoddy door installation

I bought a rather expensive door from Kingdom Doors in Lenasia. I paid for installation too, and a gentlemen and his team were sent to instal it. They did an incredibly bad job that caused damage to my wall. It was actually horrific. <br> <br> I contacted Henry to bring this to attention, and he said he would come and fix it, and he never did. Eventually he started rejecting my calls. I called Kingdom Doors head office to bring this to their attention, and was told it would only be fixed should Henry have an installation job to do in Vosloorus.<br> <br> This is completely unacceptable, and I'm now sitting not only with an expensive door that does not close, posing a very real threat to our safety and security as a family, but damages to my house.<br> <br> Kingdom Doors obviously doesn't care about consumer satisfaction because my cries have fallen on deaf ears. If they fail to respond to this, i will be seeking legal recourse.
