Poor service delivery

Terrible service they don’t know how to intact and engage the customer. I waited for 50 minutes to get a door that took me 1 minutes to pay for and their inspection to hand over the door took 4 minutes. They have a lot of employees but they just all over the place. They a super disorganised.
