Poor Service

We bought Two double Garage doors, one single garage door, two front doors at Kingdom door.<br> Complaints<br> 1. one of the front door is poorly designed, because when it is raining the water goes inside the house and this is caused by the frame that is poorly manufactured and wrongly designed.<br> 2. A Panel on one of the double garage door has dents and the matter was reported to management but they refuse to replace the Panel.<br> 3.Wiring of the wall switch is been left hanging, instead of been supported neatly inside the house, and one of the wall switched is not working.<br> 4. the backup battery is not working, <br> 5 Cans of lubricators are not doing the job of lubricating the door, they feel like almost empty, and yet when we bought them they said they are full.<br> 6. Their installation contractors they are not professional and not registered with SARS and DTI and yet we paid R1900 per door and R2400 per double garage door total installation fee paid R5700 plus R4800= R10500 for below standard Job
