Pathetic Service and After-Sale Service

Bought the door in December 2022, the installers scheduled an appointment on the 21January after calling the store several times, they never pitched on the day then when i was about to leave for church the not so sober installers came to install the door of which they insisted that I sign the job card before leaving. Checked the door when I came back and the door was okay , received a confirmation call from the store if the door was installed and I confirmed. A month later I realised that the handles are kinda of loose and we have not used the door as we are busy renovating, informed kingdom doors the wantied proof of payment now the want to charge a call out fee after paying R3500 for installation, I refuse and they were so rude about it that I should dort myself out.
