No refunds - All refunds are done in Lenasia at the main branch and on Wednesdays

I went in the Kingdom Doors Vosloorus store to purchase a cylinder lock. The store clerk charged me R375 via Debit Card. He then went about the looking for a cylinder lock. He then told me that they are out of stock. He said he would order stock - I found this infuriating, I left. I returned to the store on the same day @14:30 to request a refund. I was denied a refund and told that all refunds are done at the main branch in Lenasia. I called the main branch and told that refunds are only done on a Wednesday and I must travel to Lenasia to get a refund.
