Nightmare after nightmare R14.000 Door.

Horrible service ever. 1. They sold me a R14.000 door that they know for sure they don't have the only one left it a reject but they brought it anyway. 2. They gave me 2nd option which was also not available , and the 3rd choice option which was nowhere in their stock. 3. I went to get my money back and they give me 4th door option which was not bad and I accepted. 4. Installer came and installed the door same day I realized the door doesn't lock from the outside. 5. I called to complain then this guy Trevor gave me runaround and say he will talk to his manager as if the Manger is in heaven unreachable after 3 days they called ....... Telling me I must pay for a call out for the installer to came and fix the door . I mean the lock never worked and it was not even more than a day where I told them the lock problem. Say away from KINGDOM DOORS THEY ARE ARROGANT AND DONT RESPECT THEIR CUSTOMERS.
